IWNTA — Intelligent WhatsApp Network Technology Automation

Last updated:

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the IWNTA platform, website, APIs, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About IWNTA

IWNTA (Intelligent WhatsApp Network Technology Automation) provides cloud-based tools for businesses to connect their WhatsApp Business Accounts via the official WhatsApp Business Cloud API and to automate communications through authorized workflows, templates, and integrations.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to bind your organization to these Terms. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and WhatsApp Platform Policies.

3. Use of the Service

4. Account and Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and ensuring that only authorized personnel have access to your IWNTA account. If you believe your account or API tokens have been compromised, notify us immediately at security@iwnta.com.

5. Fees and Billing

Certain advanced features or high-volume usage may require a paid subscription. Pricing and billing terms will be communicated separately. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access.

6. Intellectual Property

IWNTA and its associated trademarks, design, and software are owned by IWNTA Technologies. You retain ownership of your data and message content. Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of our code or trademarks.

7. Data Protection and Privacy

Our data handling practices are described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to our data practices consistent with that policy.

8. Service Availability

We strive for uninterrupted service but do not guarantee 100% uptime. Scheduled maintenance, network issues, or third-party outages (e.g., Meta API) may affect availability.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, engage in abuse, or breach WhatsApp’s acceptable use policies. You may terminate your account at any time by emailing contact@iwnta.com.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IWNTA is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or business opportunities resulting from use of the Service.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted at https://iwnta.com/terms.html. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (or the jurisdiction where IWNTA operates). Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
