IWNTA (“we”, “our”, “us”) provides a cloud platform that connects to the
WhatsApp Business Cloud API to enable message automation, templates, and workflow logic.
This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

How We Use Information
To provide, secure, and improve the IWNTA platform and services.
To enable client onboarding via Meta OAuth (Embedded Signup) and manage connected WhatsApp numbers.
To send messages on behalf of clients through the WhatsApp Business Cloud API.
To comply with legal obligations and WhatsApp/Meta policies, including anti-spam and opt-out requirements.
Legal Basis
We process data to perform our contract with clients, to pursue legitimate interests in operating a secure SaaS, and to comply with applicable laws and platform policies.
Data Retention
Message logs and metadata are retained for operational and audit purposes for as long as necessary, then deleted or anonymized.
Clients may request earlier deletion of specific data via privacy@iwnta.com.
Sharing
We share data with Meta Platforms only as required to deliver WhatsApp messaging and with service providers (e.g., secure hosting) bound by confidentiality.
We do not sell personal data.
Security
We apply industry-standard safeguards (encryption in transit, access controls, least-privilege, token vaulting).
Clients are responsible for the security of their own accounts and access tokens they generate through Meta.
Your Choices
Clients can disconnect WhatsApp numbers and revoke access tokens at any time via Meta Business Manager.
End users can opt out of messaging as required by WhatsApp policy (e.g., replying “STOP”).
Access, correction, or deletion requests can be sent to privacy@iwnta.com.
International Transfers
Data may be processed in jurisdictions where we or our providers operate. We take steps to protect data consistent with this Policy.
